Even during the continuing Covid-19 period, the EM tyre professionals from the Ruhr area have been rather busy. The business with big retreaded tyres from Dortmund is based on year-long good and trustful cooperation not only with German but also with international tyre trade. It does not matter whether they deal with family-owned specialized tyre dealers or industry-run chains.
Nearly five thousand tyres with diameters from two to four metres are produced according to customer wishes by nearly forty vulcanising specialists, who are managed by the vulcanising master, Fatmir Reka in Rösler’s modern retreading plants per year. Remade in Germany is the credo of the tyre professionals. European customers from different industry areas are taken care of together with specialized tyre trade. There are among others natural rock and recycling companies as well as steelworks and machine renting companies.
These users need special tyres depending on the area of use, which are able to be equipped with new treads like the Schelkmann SR 84 D for wheeled loaders in dimensions 775/65 R29 and 800/65 R29 as well as 29.5 R25. Moreover, the new tread SR 55 63D for dumpers is among them, which is used with tyre dimension 21.00 R33. wThe company from Dortmund makes use of robust and resistant rubber compounds from Germany and Austria, from Kraiburg and Phoenix.
High product quality
The guarantee for Rösler tyres is at the same level as new premium EM tyres of the brands Bridgestone, Goodyear, or Michelin. For decades, the company has been producing with the two established retreading procedures: Rodos mould cured retreading and Schelkmann precured retreading. Rodos offers for example the treads Load & Carry and Dumper in all the popular tyre dimensions for earthmovers and articulated dump trucks. The very durable RMT tread complements the Rodos tread offer.
Both procedures are technically mature and in spite of the high-quality levels they will constantly be further developed. The managing director and proprietor, Paul Rösler, explains to his customers not wanting to do without high-level quality tyres in their daily business that stagnation is regression. Customers like for example the limestone companies Rheinkalk from the Lhoist group, as well as the Hartstein companies of the Basalt AG or quarries and natural stone companies of the Heidelberger Zement group, focus on these products during production in order to guarantee smooth and highly reliable business operations. These companies and many more rely on good service quality, flexibility and reliability offered by the family business from Dortmund and its well-trained experienced and reliable EM tyre professionals.
Having enough junior employees is guaranteed by taking care of the training at Rösler. Young employees working in production are trained as vulcanizers and tyre mechanics, whereas those working in administration or sales can become industrial clerks. After the apprenticeship, Anna Grilborzer and Denis Schneider will continue working for the Rösler company. Several employees have already been working for the company for many decades, which is an indicator of the excellent working atmosphere there.
High service quality
Due to the Coronavirus, digitalisation has received a massive boost. Rösler employees in customer service like Michael Albrecht take care of customers and dealers in the west and the south of Germany and as well in Switzerland working both from home, and in field service subject to strict Covid-19 guidelines. Hilde Lange runs the sales team, which is complemented by Jan Müller, who is responsible for the east and south-east of Germany, and additionally supported by the competent trio Dariusz Taranowski, Norbert Puzik and Sara Durak.
Apart from customer service, the company has optimized service quality during the past years. Thus, Rösler offers nationwide highly professional mounting and demounting services for heavy EM tyres. Among others, three mounting trucks from Euromasters are used together with several service vehicles from White in Duisburg, Alterauge from Kettig near Koblenz, as well as Pneuhage in Nossen near Dresden and in Karlsruhe. As a consequence, both flexibility and availability could be increased to a high degree.
