Even during the continuing Covid-19 period, the EM tyre professionals from the Ruhr area have been rather busy. The business with big retreaded tyres from Dortmund is based on year-long good and trustful cooperation not only with German but also with international tyre trade. It does not matter whether they deal with family-owned specialized tyre dealers or industry-run chains.
Nearly five thousand tyres with diameters from two to four metres are produced according to customer wishes by nearly forty vulcanising specialists, who are managed by the vulcanising master, Fatmir Reka in Rösler’s modern retreading plants per year. These users need special tyres depending on the area of use, which are able to be equipped with new treads like the Schelkmann SR 84 D for wheeled loaders in dimensions 775/65 R29 and 800/65 R29 as well as 29.5 R25. Moreover, the new tread SR 55 63D for dumpers is among them, which is used with tyre dimension 21.00 R33. wThe company from Dortmund makes use of robust and resistant rubber compounds from Germany and Austria, from Kraiburg and Phoenix.
High product quality

Several employees have already been working for the company for many decades, which is an indicator of the excellent working atmosphere there.
High service quality
Due to the Coronavirus, digitalisation has received a massive boost. Rösler employees in customer service like Michael Albrecht take care of customers and dealers in the west and the south of Germany and as well in Switzerland working both from home, and in field service subject to strict Covid-19 guidelines. Hilde Lange runs the sales team, which is complemented by Jan Müller, who is responsible for the east and south-east of Germany, and additionally supported by the competent trio Dariusz Taranowski, Norbert Puzik and Sara Durak.
Apart from customer service, the company has optimized service quality during the past years. Thus, Rösler offers nationwide highly professional mounting and demounting services for heavy EM tyres. Among others, three mounting trucks from Euromasters are used together with several service vehicles from White in Duisburg, Alterauge from Kettig near Koblenz, as well as Pneuhage in Nossen near Dresden and in Karlsruhe. As a consequence, both flexibility and availability could be increased to a high degree.
