The MWheels GmbH based in Neuwied has nominated Stefan Kantz as European Office Coordinator in order to reinforce overseas business. Kantz is to support both the distribution and the finance team in an administrative way, and to coordinate logistics providers. Thus, he is meant to guarantee that all customer needs will be satisfied within the framework of budget and schedule.
With immediate effect, Kantz will report to Frank Richter, European Sales Manager, in the European headquarters of the company also taking care of countries like France, the Netherlands, and Poland. Beforehand, Kantz worked for the tyre wholesaler AVG Reifen GmbH and had been collecting experiences during his professional career when working together with tyre manufacturers like Nexen, Hankook and Giti Tire in customer service. “When cooperating with employees that work all over Europe, it is absolutely essential to have one central contact person in order to guarantee that business will run smoothly and that all the distribution, finance and operating elements work hand in hand”, says Matthew Mardle, Chief Operating Officer at MWheels. “Stefan disposes of a rich pool of experience in the whole of Europe and a proven track record, which will put the customer at the centre of each process.”
