Kumho Tyre: Sponsoring at Tottenham Hotspur extended

Kumho Tyre has extended the sponsoring contract with Tottenham Hotspur, which has existed since 2016, for further three years. Thus, it will remain the “Official Tyre Partner” of the team, which is currently in the fourth position of the English Premier League, until the season 2020/2021. The contract was signed in the presence of several representatives of both sides at the London training ground “Hotspur Way“.

As “Official Tyre Partner”, Kumho will get – apart from being present on an LED banner – further advertising possibilities on a static stadium banner, tv spots in the stadium, advertisements in the club magazine, hospitality contingents, and an international integration into the club’s media activities (website, social media, Spurs tv). “We are very proud to further continue our already successful two-year partnership with Tottenham Hotspur, one of the internationally most renowned and extremely successful clubs, in the next three years. I am sure that this partnership will continue to increase the international popularity of the brand Kumho and will support us to maintain our position as one of the internationally leading tyre manufacturers”, explains Kyungtai Ju. The Tire Cologne: Key players agree to come

The tyre trade fair REIFEN experienced its final issue in Essen this year. The Tire Cologne, which was invented by Koelnmesse and BRV, positioned itself as new industry trade fair. When looking at the communicated registration figures the first edition seems to turn into a superlative industry event in 2018. According to responsible trade fair people, all the key players were already on board for 2018. After important key players of the industry had already expressed their support for the event in the framework of the campaign “We are taking part” in May, the list of participants seemed to have grown considerably nearly a year later.

The Tire Cologne: Successful premiere

Taking stock of The Tire Cologne turns out to be basically very positive: An extremely motivated team of Koelnmesse provided the preconditions for a successful trade fair premiere. When looking at the visitor figures published by the trade fair company, some of the sector participants might have hoped for higher levels of attendance. The number of 16,000 professional visitors, which was provided, definitely resulted from the extreme weather conditions during the trade fair week.
