Camso acquires Forklift Tire Specialists Hull Ltd

Solideal On-Site Service, the service department of Camso, will expand its presence in the United Kingdom by taking over Tire Specialists Hull Ltd. (FTS). The company based in Hull (Yorkshire) offers more than 40 years of experience in the area of industrial tyres, and is considered to be among the most well-known tyre suppliers in the north of the United Kingdom.

The company based in Hull (Yorkshire) offers more than 40 years of experience in the area of industrial tyres, and is considered to be among the most well-known tyre suppliers in the north of the United Kingdom.

“This is a strategic acquisition that will considerably improve our service coverage in the north-eastern area of the United Kingdom, and it will close a gap we are currently experiencing near the harbour area of Hull”, says Gregory Fossey, Vice President for the Aftermarket in Europe, the Near East and Africa. “As FTS is about an hour away from our closest service centre, our customers will have faster access to tyre replacement services in this area.“
